Asbestos Surveyor - Cardiff
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary: 35,000 - 37,000
Contract: Permanent Full-time

A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing and well-established workload across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region. The Role
Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys

Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certificates

Conducting bulk sampling and analysis

Working across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites

Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSE guidance

Liaising with clients, contractors, and members of the public

Supporting wider team operations and regional growth where required

About You
BOHS P402

Full UK driving licence

Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and compliance

Professional, reliable, and well-organised

Able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
