Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Bath, Somerset

Salary/Benefits: 26k - 40k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting in the South West of England for a hands-on Legionella Risk Assessor. You will be joining a highly successful outfit, who hold a presence nationwide and infrastructure to support further development/training. Applicants will be expected to hit the ground running as you will be servicing longstanding client contracts. It would be beneficial to be located near to the M4 and / or M5 for easier travel across the region. You will be travelling across: Bath, Radstock, Trowbridge, Corsham, Chippenham, Calne, Swindon, Cirencester, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Bridgwater, Weston-super-Ware, Clevedon, Portishead, Brisol, Keynsham, Yate, Frome, Thornbury, Dursley, Stroud, Devizes, Amesbury, Andover, Wantage, Didcot, Thatcham.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Experienced in working across a variety of client premises (including: commercial, public sector and local authority)
• Hardworking attitude
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

• Attending a variety of client sites to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments
• Predominantly working on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Compiling results into detailed reports
• Advising clients on any found risks and making recommendations for ongoing compliance and remedial works
• Travelling in line with company requirements
• Ensuring to adhere to strict HSE guidelines at all times
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
