Salary: 40-46,000

A well-established architectural consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its experienced and collaborative team in North West Essex. With a strong reputation for delivering creative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions across residential, commercial, and heritage sectors, the practice offers an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in project delivery and technical design within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications, and construction information
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Manage planning applications and building regulations submissions
Oversee project timelines, ensuring delivery to programme and budget
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Attend site visits and project meetings as required
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Requirements
Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist within the UK
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience across residential and or commercial sectors
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
