Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a broad skillset who enjoys varied work and delivering high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of repairs including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and basic plastering and decorating
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Work within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
- Diagnose issues and carry out effective first-time fixes
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- Proven experience across multiple trades
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience within social housing or property maintenance (desirable)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
