Groundworker

Our client is recruiting a Groundworker to support the delivery of high-quality external and structural repairs across residential properties.

This role involves a mix of reactive and planned works, ensuring outdoor areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out groundwork repairs including drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as blocked drains or damaged paths
• Assist with excavation and reinstatement works
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
• Support other trades where required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundwork and external maintenance
• Knowledge of drainage systems and general building works
• Understanding of health & safety practices on site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
