Location: St Asaph (Office-Based)
Hours: 41 per week, Monday to FridayAbout the Role

Integra People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company during a period of sustained growth, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the private and public sectors.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring effective cost control and delivering value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Manage subcontractor accounts, including negotiation, valuations, and payments
• Produce accurate financial reporting including CVRs, cost forecasts, and analysis
• Identify and manage financial risks to ensure projects remain within budget
• Lead final account preparation, including variations and contractual claims
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, performance, and expenditure to maximise efficiency

What We re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Relevant industry qualification (Level 4 or above)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Full UK driving licence
