Our tier 1 Water sector client is seeking a Senior Estimator and Estimator to join their Walsall based team on a permanent basis with hybrid/remote working discussed. Candidates will ideally have Water industry experience and come from civil construction environments. The Senior Estimator's role is to lead estimates for civil engineering works in accordance with the Company's estimating systems and procedures, working with other members of tender teams to develop customer solutions and secure sufficient work by value and type to meet the Company's objectives. Landscape Estimator Candidate required: Landscape Estimator Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Start date: ASAP Industry: Construction Professionals South Location: Maidenhead / Hybrid The role & about the client: ITS (Construction Professionals South) are currently working with an established and award-winning landscaping contractor who are continuing to grow their operations across London and the surrounding areas. They are now looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team with the appointment of an experienced Landscape Estimator. The business works with a range of developers and main contractors, delivering complete external landscaping packages across both hard and soft landscaping. Their portfolio includes high-specification external works, irrigation, water features, lighting, street furniture, substantial tree planting and ongoing landscape maintenance. Excellent numerical skills and a good commercial understanding. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. A positive and collaborative approach to working within a small team. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with estimating/take-off packages such as Bluebeam and Conquest would be advantageous.
