This is a long-term contract for the right candidate who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and has strong experience in finishing and snagging works. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and carry out snagging and finishing works on luxury residential apartments. Work across multiple trades as required, ensuring all works meet the highest standards. Coordinate and liaise with site management and contractors to ensure deadlines are met. Identify issues early and take a proactive approach to problem-solving. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment. Mentor and guide junior tradespeople where necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Snagging Foreman on high-end residential projects. Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage own workload. Excellent knowledge of building finishes, carpentry, decorating, and general snagging skills.
