We re working with a training provider in Birmingham delivering short, intensive construction courses, and are looking to bring in a Construction Tutor to support their delivery.

The role:

• Deliver 4-week construction courses to adult learners
• Cover CSCS preparation and Health & Safety in the workplace
• Mix of online and face-to-face delivery
• Support learners through to completion and certification

What they re looking for:

Background:

• Industry experience in construction (e.g. labourer, skilled trades, site operative, supervisor)

Qualifications:

• Teaching qualification (AET or equivalent) preferred
• CSCS / Health & Safety knowledge essential

Will consider strong industry candidates looking to move into training (support provided)

• £29,000 salary
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Structured, short-course delivery (no long-term programmes)
