Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and increase new business, with a target of £250,000
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, relocation agents, embassies and corporate clients
• Conduct and secure valuations to attract high-quality instructions
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant, including tenancy agreements, Right to Rent and AML requirements
• Provide landlords with clear advice on property presentation and refurbishment opportunities
• Oversee marketing to ensure properties are presented to the highest standard across all platforms
• Ensure full compliance with ARLA and NAEA codes of practice

• Generous commission structure: 12% individual and 5% on team new business

The Person

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at managerial level
• Strong track record in generating new business and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with a strong understanding of compliance and legislation
• ARLA qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
• Confident, proactive and commercially minded
