We are working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering projects across the civil engineering and energy sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based near Uxbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across infrastructure, utilities, and energy projects.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the commercial management of civils-based projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects
• Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Contract administration (NEC experience preferred)
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) or Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
• Strong background in civils, infrastructure, utilities, or energy projects
• Experience working on energy, power, or utilities frameworks is highly desirable
• Good understanding of NEC contracts
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
