You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee programme, budgets and project delivery
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site health & safety
Review technical drawings, specifications and installation details
Attend and lead client and contractor meetings
Monitor quality, progress and reporting
Manage procurement and logistics.
Proven Project Management experience in construction
Strong knowledge of fa ades, curtain walling or building envelope systems.
Experience working with main contractors on commercial projects
Good understanding of construction programmes, budgets and H&S compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience delivering commercial fa ade packages.
Relevant construction or project management qualification
SMSTS / CSCS certification
