Build Recruitment have an opportunity for a Plumber/ Wetroom fitter to join a team of Operatives in North Devon on a T2P basis.
Our client a well known contractor based in North Devon, specialise in refurb and maintenance works across the SW. Due to a peak in workload, we are seeking and experienced Wetroom fitter.
The role will be to work in occupied properties, completing DDA and Wetrooms in mainly housing association properties. This role is a T2P opportunity with a package that incudes a van and fuel card.
Ideally applicants will have an NVQ or equivalent, although we would like to hear from time served individuals.

Due to continued growth and success a number of Wet room / Bathroom fitters are required to carry out adaptations works across the North West we have opportunities for self employed and cards in staff and supervisory roles.
To be considered you should be a qualified tradesperson with multi-skilled capability covering plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in fitting all types of wet room, have a high skill level and ability to deliver jobs with minimal defects. You will be required to carry out installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that H&S procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
To be considered you must fit the follow criteria;
Trade qualifications C & G / NVQ / Apprenticeship
Proven track record in fitting wet rooms or Bathrooms
Multi-skilled capability
Own power tools 110V
Strong customer / client facing skills
a full valid UK driving licence.
Be able to pass CRB check
