Multi-Trader / General Builder Required (Temp to Perm)

£24.00 £26.25 per hour (flexible depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader / General Builder to join our client s team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves carrying out remedial works across a variety of completed projects, covering both commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of remedial and finishing works independently
• Assess jobs on-site and determine required materials and approach
• Complete tasks to a high standard with minimal supervision
• Work collaboratively with the wider team

Typical Works Include:

• Partition walls
• Basic carpentry
• Decorating and making good
• Basic plastering
• Tiling repairs and installation
• General maintenance and problem-solving tasks

Requirements:

• Background in carpentry (preferred) or a strong multi-trade skillset
• Good all-round building knowledge
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Own tools required
