for company who specialize in diamond drilling , Hydraulic bursting and robotic Brokk demolition & concrete cutting , seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor minium 3 years experience to join the team

Full-time, permanent position Paye Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company

Role & Responsibilities:Managing project costs from initial estimates through to final accounts Preparing and submitting valuations and variations

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams Cost control and financial reporting

Procurement of materials and subcontractors

Requirements: construction contracts and cost management
