Groundworker

Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Groundworkers to work with some of our valued clients in Inverness and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.

Duties to include:

• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting out work areas
• Dig trenches and foundations according to plans and specifications
• Install drainage systems, pipes, and utilities (water, gas, and sewage)
• Lay concrete, paving, kerbs, and slabs
• Operate plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, and rollers
• Assist with roadworks, pathways, and external surfacing
• Install and maintain fencing, barriers, and site boundaries
• Backfill and compact soil to required standards

Requirements:

• CSCS Card required
• Good attention to detail
• Full PPE

Location and hours:

• Inverness
• Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00
• Weekends

Payment:

• 21 - 24 per hour
• CIS,PAYE and UMBRELLA
• Weekly payment
