Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Peterborough area.

This role is 28 hours per week.

This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am till 5pm

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.95ph PAYE- £20.40ph UMBRELLA

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident s daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Role Summary:

• 28 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)
• Working over 2 sites 14 hours at each- these are in PE2 and PE3
• This is a temp ongoing position
• Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)
• Based in Peterborough
• Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.

Duties include:

• Welfare checks on residents.
• Health and safety checks
• Signposting
• Organizing activities
• Reporting any maintenance requirements.
