Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of commercial properties. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes. Manage and monitor contractors and service providers including cleaning, security, M&E, and specialist suppliers. Ensure all buildings remain fully compliant with UK health & safety regulations , including fire safety, asbestos, Legionella, and electrical testing.
