Associate Technical Lead Architect Location: London Salary: 60,000+ (dependent on experience and location) Permanent, full time position An esteemed architectural practice is seeking an Associate Technical Leader - ARB Architect to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced architect, or technical minded leader, to lead the technical direction of residential-led and mixed-use projects across the UK, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design reviews and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, including the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and CDM 2015. Provide leadership and expertise on key technical areas such as fire safety, sustainability, ventilation, and modern construction methods.
