Contract Manager Reactive Maintenance & Voids 65,000 + Benefits Southeast London Role: Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for an Contract Manager to join their management team. As a Contract Manager you will be managing reactive repairs & voids across a contract that spans across Southeast London. Reporting in to the Operations Manager, you will have a team reporting in to you that consists of a repairs manager, supervisors, planners, admin, operatives and sub-contractors.
