Multi-Trader / General Builder Required (Temp to Perm) London & surrounding areas £24.00 £26.25 per hour (flexible depending on experience) We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader / General Builder to join our client s team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves carrying out remedial works across a variety of completed projects, covering both commercial and residential sites. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a range of remedial and finishing works independently Assess jobs on-site and determine required materials and approach Complete tasks to a high standard with minimal supervision Work collaboratively with the wider team Typical Works Include: Partition walls Basic carpentry Decorating and making good Basic plastering Tiling repairs and installation General maintenance and problem-solving tasks Requirements: Background in carpentry (preferred) or a strong multi-trade skillset Good all-round building knowledge Ability to work independently and use initiative Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) Own tools required We are open to candidates from a range of trade backgrounds and are keen to receive CVs from motivated individuals ready to hit the ground running.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from demo work to finishing for luxury residential properties. You will work closely with the site manager and other trades to ensure the timely and precise delivery. As Customer Service Technician/Multi trader you will provide an exceptional customer care service to their clients in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain company 5* builder status. You will carry out repairs, source all necessary materials in advance in order to complete works on time and within the first visit. You will also assist office-based staff with programming works for subcontractors and be on hand to offer technical advice. Multi-trader / General Builder Carlisle Our client is a national mechanical services provider, they carry out full gas installs, repairs and maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns to many properties across the UK, primarily large-scale social housing schemes, new build housing, flats, and sheltered accommodation. They are looking to recruit a strong allrounder, Multi trader ideally from a plasterer, joiner, or bricklayer background with experience in boarding, plastering, skimming, minor joinery, and tiling. You will be working alongside the engineering install teams making good repairs to the properties after completion of new heating systems being installed. Long term contract opportunity leading to permanent employment if interested. Working with a leading UK mechanical contractor. Must hold a CSCS Card, current UK driving Licence, have own tools and PPE. Company van and fuel card will be provided after a short qualifying period
