Working Foreman

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join one of our valued clients on a contract basis for a prestigious residential project in Pangbourne, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-end extension to an existing private residence, delivering exceptional quality workmanship in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on as required

• Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Liaise directly with the client, maintaining strong communication and professionalism at all times

• Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site

• Monitor progress, quality of work, and resolve any on-site issues efficiently

• Assist with planning and organising materials and labour

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman, ideally within high-end residential projects

• Carpentry background preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage trades and maintain site organisation

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
