Groundworks Ganger - Skipton

• Work as a hands-on ganger on a busy highways project

• Supervise and coordinate a gang of groundworkers on site

• Carry out all aspects of groundworks as required

• Lead daily morning briefings and toolbox talks

• Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed to programme

• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site

• Monitor quality and productivity of the team

• Liaise with site management and report progress/issues

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)

• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

• Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks

• Previous experience leading or overseeing a gang

• Strong leadership and communication skills
