Electrical Associate

We are working with a reputable, busy building services consultancy, recognised for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The business has built an excellent reputation in the market and is known for its high staff retention and collaborative team culture.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Associate to join their Bristol office.

This is a key strategic role within the business, responsible for leading electrical design delivery, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth and development of the electrical team.

You will work across a diverse range of projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in both project delivery and the wider business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical design on a range of building services projects
• Managing and mentoring engineers and junior team members
• Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and winning new work
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards
• Coordinating with other disciplines and external consultants
• Managing project programmes, resources, and technical outputs

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment, along with proven leadership and client-facing experience.
