Head of Operations (Finance and HR) / Up to £70,000 basic salary / London / Permanent Overview: A growing organization in the hospitality industry are currently seeking a Head of Operations that will be overseeing both finance and HR departments and working closely with the founders of the business to grow further. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in a senior position looking to work with a growing organisation.Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the members of the HR team
- Lead payroll end-to-end
- Create reports and metrics and work closely with founders to improve the company
- Oversee the finance operations
- Lead on all ER cases
- Oversee training for the company
- Previous experience working in a senior operations role
- Experience working with a growing company
- Good knowledge on HR policies
- Good knowledge on finance processes
- An excellent communicator

- Up to £70,000 basic salary
