CSCS Labourer

Danny Sullivan Group are currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer to work on a long-term construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton.

This is a secure site, therefore all candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years continuous employment history to meet site access requirements.

The Role as a CSCS Labourer:

• Assisting trades on site with general labouring duties
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Keeping site areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Moving materials safely around site
• Supporting groundworkers and other operatives as required
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures
• Assisting with basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and manual handling
• Reporting any hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices

Requirements as a CSCS Labourer:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience in a labouring role on construction sites
• Minimum 3 years employment history required (essential for RAF base access)
• Good understanding of construction site safety
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
