CSCS Groundworker

Danny Sullivan Group are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Groundworker to join a busy construction project based on RAF Brize Norton in Carterton. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a well-established and secure site.

Due to the nature of the site, candidates must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years employment history to meet security clearance requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring groundwork activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities as a Groundworker:

• Carrying out general groundworks and site preparation
• Assisting with drainage and trench work
• Operating basic hand tools and assisting plant operators
• Laying kerbs, slabs, and other groundwork materials
• Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and movement of materials

Requirements as a Groundworker:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous groundworks experience preferred
• Must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years employment history (essential for RAF base access)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of construction site safety
• Good reliability and timekeeping
