Duties for the role of Job Runner include:

• Manage and deliver high-profile projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
