This is a standout opportunity for a driven professional who s ready to take on greater responsibility, lead client relationships, and help shape the future of a growing surveying division.

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you ll play a pivotal role in delivering high quality professional and project based surveying services across a diverse portfolio. You ll be trusted with autonomy, supported by a collaborative team, and positioned to influence both project outcomes and internal growth.

A key part of this role involves mentoring and developing junior APC candidates, ensuring they receive the guidance, structure, and technical support needed to progress confidently toward chartership.

• Leading and delivering a wide range of building surveying instructions

• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development

• Overseeing project delivery from feasibility through to completion

• Providing expert technical advice across commercial, residential, and public sector assets

• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors through their APC journey

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with strong consultancy experience

• Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills

• Proven ability to lead projects independently

• Passion for developing junior talent and supporting APC progression

• Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to high quality service delivery
