Core Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a 12-month contract based in Cork.

Trade: Contracts Manager (Office Based)
Location: Cork
Duration: 12-month contract
Start: ASAP

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings.

• Managing site personnel and materials.

• Providing administrative support to the project team.

• Handling and processing timesheets.

• Reviewing and managing reports completed by the Site Manager.

• Travelling between local residential project sites as required.

• Previous experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to oversee residential projects effectively.

Project Type: Residential
