Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager

Location: Oldham (Office based)

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 + Package (Happy to further discuss)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our growing business, leading the commercial function and supporting long-term growth. The role involves overseeing cost control, valuations, procurement, and financial performance across domestic and commercial projects, and would suit someone confident working independently within a small, fast-paced organisation.

Key Requirements:

• QS Experience or QS degree Needed
• Experience in both domestic and commercial sectors is preferable

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate cost plans, estimates, and pricing documentation
• Monitor project budgets, track cash flow, and manage applications, variations, and final accounts
• Administer contracts and oversee subcontractor packages and agreements
• Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders as the business expands
• Carry out site visits and maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and refine commercial procedures, contributing to efficiency and supporting the company's ongoing growth
