Architectural Technologist - Job Runner

We re looking for a job running, REVIT experienced, Architectural Technologist to join our client's team in Tamworth.

While industrial projects will be your primary focus, you ll also have opportunities to contribute across other sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and residential schemes.

Responsibilities:

• Produce technical drawings and detailed design information using Revit
• Support the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Assist with the preparation of planning and Building Regulations packages
• Attend site visits, ensuring quality and compliance with design intent
• Contribute to the technical development and delivery of industrial schemes

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC/HND/Degree)
• Experience working on industrial projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Previous job running experience
