Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Demolition experience for our client who are a demolition company based near Oxford.

Role Summary

Responsible for estimating demolition and removal projects, preparing tenders, and supporting project delivery from enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, tenders, and quotations
• Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements
• Carry out site visits at tender stage
• Assess labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support contract handover and project delivery
• Assist with PQQs and pre-contract processes

Requirements

• Experience in estimating within demolition or similar sector
• Good knowledge of construction methods and demolition practices
• Understanding of health & safety and relevant regulations
• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Full UK driving licence
