An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner to join a highly regarded, independent planning consultancy with a strong presence across London
I'm currently working with a well-established and growing firm known for delivering commercially focused planning advice across a wide range of sectors. This consultancy has built an excellent reputation for securing permissions on complex and high-profile developments, working with developers, landowners, and private clients.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting senior team members while also taking ownership of your own schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Liaising with local authorities, clients, and external consultants
- Supporting project delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
- Contributing to planning strategies and reports

Requirements
- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related field
- Working towards MRTPI (or recently achieved)
- Experience within a consultancy, local authority, or developer environment
- Strong report writing and communication skills
