Architectural Technologist

We are currently working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This role will focus on Stage 4 technical detailing within the healthcare sector, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile projects.

Fully remote working may be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit
• Deliver Stage 4 design and construction information
• Work closely with the wider design team to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Contribute to the delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Solid experience delivering Stage 4 / technical detailing packages
• Experience within the healthcare sector
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
