Site Manager

Our client an Essex based external facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager to look after a 12 week program on a new build production facility in North Hawton, Devon.

The work itself is an industrial shed unit and you will be responsible for the panel installation package.

Duties will include:

• Managing subbies and direct work force to site program
• Dealing with access for deliveries
• Local Authority and Client liaison
• Working strictly to method statement and risk assessments
• Site inductions
• Tool box talks
• Attending progress meetings
• Site Administration
• Walk rounds
• All other associated tasks as instructed

You will have:

• SMSTS
• First AID
• CSCS Black or Gold Card

This is an immediate start for the right candidate for a minimum of 12 weeks
