• Rate: £24 per hour CIS

We are currently searching for a Site Manager who specialises in Hard & Soft Landscaping package delivery for an iconic project in London. The package will include a range of works from groundworks, levelling, paving, kerbing, planter installation, walkways, cycle routes and other public realm works.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, lead the delivery of the Landscaping package, with support from 2 Supervisors
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are being upheld throughout the site
• Hold daily briefs, toolbox talks and progress meetings
• Ensure accurate documentation is being produced and reported accordingly
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maintain efficient site progress
• Managing site logistics, including deliveries, storage of materials and effective use of plant and equipment

Required:

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
• Proven experience overseeing Hard Landscaping packages for a sub/specialist contractor
