A well-established construction and civil engineering company based in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team and provide essential maintenance and repair services on a wide range of heavy plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heavy plant and construction machinery both on-site and in the field.
• Provide breakdown support and carry out routine servicing to reduce downtime.
• Complete safety inspections and ensure all equipment adheres to health and safety standards.
• Accurately document completed work and maintain service reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high standard of service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Possession of a full UK driving license (essential).
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
