The Role: Site Manager
The Location: Northwest
Salary: up to 50k plus car/allowance and package - Depending on experience

Search is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who due to growth is looking for a experienced Site Manager to join their teams across the Northwest.

Ideally we are looking a Site Manager who has experience in refurbishment/New build, social housing, housing associations or school projects

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that can offer a secure permanent role, a competitive salary and career progression

My client may also consider someone who is a assistant site manager/supervisor who is ready to step up into a site manager role

Duties & Responsibilities

Management of Health and Safety onsite
Management of sub-contractors
Read and implement drawings
Prepare Health and Safety Documents
Management of labour and engineers on site
Delivery co-ordination of materials
Produce weekly site reports and completion of paperwork consistent with agreed systems and processes
Attend site meetings
Reporting schedules on projects
