Job Description

A rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a QS team of circa 15 who collaborate to deliver an array of logistic and data centre projects for two high profile clients who have a large portfolio of work across the UK.

Supported by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and the wider team, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver projects from feasibility through to final accounts whilst also undertaking a client facing role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Strong communication skills
  • Client facing / good at building relationships
  • MRICS or working towards
  • A proven ability to deliver projects
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
