Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ipswich, Hybrid.
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000, depending on candidate experience.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

Aldwych Consulting are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a fast-growing construction consultancy, located in Ipswich, Suffolk. They pride themselves on being ambitious, with a people-first culture, and some of the best benefits in the market.

The Vacancy:

You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including healthcare, education and commercial.

Skills Required:

• Cost planning & valuations.
• Change control & contract administration.
• Procurement support.
• Interim & final accounts.
• Commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• JCT and NEC experience.

• A solution focused Quantity Surveyor, who is commercially sharp and proactive.
• Must have a Quantity Surveying Degree.
• Working towards RICS chartership is a strong advantage.
