Project Manager - Major Construction Projects (Yorkshire)
A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale construction projects across education and leisure.
This is a key role within a well-established delivery team, managing complex schemes typically valued 40m+, from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role:
Full project lifecycle delivery on major construction schemes
Managing programme, cost, quality, and risk
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
Client-facing role, representing the business at senior level
Driving health & safety, sustainability, and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience
Strong background delivering projects 40m +
Experience within education and/or leisure builds
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with strong programme control
Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
