We are looking for a multiskilled trades operative who has paid experience in carpentry, plumbing & tiling for a local authority in Northampton.

This is a busy role working within social housing and you will be reacting to emergency work and completing repair / maintenance work on properties where tenants have left to get the houses in a state where they can be let.

You will drive around in a van, work within a small team and be expected to work to tight deadlines.

This role offers you:

• £16.28 p/hour (PAYE rate)
• 37.5 hours paid per week.
• Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
