Product Manager
Remote | 1-2 days per month in Hertfordshire or Central London | £35,000-£45,000
We're working with an AI-first startup building software for the construction sector, and they're looking for a Product Manager to join the team.

The role is a mix of customer onboarding, product ownership and client-facing delivery. You'll help new customers get up and running on the platform, manage incoming product-related requests, and work closely with the internal team to shape improvements based on real user needs.

The roleYou'll be joining a business that is using AI to modernise and improve workflows in a traditional industry. As part of a small and growing team, you'll play a key role in making sure customers get value from the platform while also feeding directly into how the product evolves.
What you'll be doingOnboarding new customers onto the platform and supporting adoption
Running discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and needs
Acting as a key link between customers and the internal product team
Managing client requests related to the platform, including feature suggestions, issues and usability feedback
Helping prioritise product improvements based on customer impact and business value
Working closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment
Supporting the development of onboarding materials, guides and best practice processes
Helping shape a product that is evolving quickly in an AI-first environment
Experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Implementation, Customer Success or similar role within SaaS or software
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Experience gathering feedback or requirements and turning them into clear actions
Comfortable balancing customer needs with product priorities
Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple workstreams
Someone who enjoys working in a startup environment where things move quickly
Experience in B2B SaaS
Exposure to construction tech, workflow software, ERP, field-based software or other operational platforms
Experience onboarding customers onto software products
An interest in AI-led products and the way they can transform industries
