Qualified Architect - (Data Centre / Commercial Projects)

Location: London, UK
Salary: 50-60K DOE

About the Role:
A leading international architectural practice is seeking a Qualified Architect to join their London studio. The successful candidate will work on major data centre and high-tech commercial projects across Europe, contributing to all stages of design and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision.

  • Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities.

  • Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy.

  • Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation.

  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control.

  • Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions.

  • Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project delivery.

  • Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budgets.

Candidate Profile:

  • ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

  • Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects.

  • Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills.

  • Proficient in Revit.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.

  • Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an advantage).
