Painter and Decorator
Location: Bournemouth/Boscombe
Salary: £250 a day (Negotiable)
Type: Short Term Contract - 2 to 4 weeks
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team for a commercial project based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Painter and Decorator who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on professional commercial sites.
As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces of a commercial building, ensuring a clean, professional finish that meets high industry standards. The ideal Painter and Decorator will have strong attention to detail, experience working on commercial properties, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities as a Painter & Decorator / Commercial Sprayer / Industrial Sprayer:
- Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
- Applying paints, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and safe
- Working to project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Following health and safety procedures on site
Requirements Painter & Decorator / Commercial Sprayer / Industrial Sprayer:
- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator
- Experience working on commercial properties preferred
- Good knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
