Calibre Metalwork are looking for an experienced and reliable painter to join our growing team.
We specialise in the restoration and installation of high-quality metalwork, including cast iron railings, gates, posts and architectural features. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their finish and understands the importance of preparation.
The Role:
Preperation of metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, rust removal, masking)
Application of rust converters, primers and top coats.
Brush and Spray application.
.Workshop-based work with occasional site touch-ups
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working to programme deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience in industrial and metal painting.
Strong preperation skills (this is critical)
Knowledge of paint systems for interior and exterior metalwork.
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license preferred.
