Electrician - Testing & Reactive Works

300 a day Full time Central London

The Opportunity
One position. We're not hiring a team, we're adding one electrician to a team that works with some of London's most prestigious clients.

Our current portfolio includes:

• Residential property management & compliance across London
• Reactive works and lighting automation
• Retail maintenance

You'll be trusted to represent Lux on site, work directly with property managers and high end clients, and deliver the standard that's built our reputation over 15 years.

The Work
EICRs Remedials PAT testing Reactive call outs Fault finding Diagnostics

You'll work solo with support , CRM, job tracking, iPad provided, training included. No micromanagement.

What You Need

• Your own van
• Your own tester (calibrated and in date)
• Clear communication skills, you'll be client facing daily
• Ability to complete a minimum of 4 EICRs/jobs per day & certs back in 24 hours
