Salary: 43-50,000

I'm searching for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing team in London. This role offers the opportunity for a skilled technologist to take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, helping to translate design concepts into well coordinated, buildable solutions across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical development and delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.
Prepare and manage detailed technical drawing packages including plans, sections, elevations, schedules and construction details.
Coordinate technical information with the wider design team and external consultants.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors to support the successful delivery of projects.
Ensure technical documentation complies with current Building Regulations, housing standards and warranty provider requirements.
Apply strong technical knowledge to ensure designs are practical, compliant and effectively coordinated.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Strong technical capability developed through work on medium to large scale projects, ideally within residential or mixed use developments.
Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills.
Good understanding of Building Regulations.
Experience leading project teams and working collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors.
Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages and coordinate information with other consultants.
Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative while also working independently when required.
Extensive technical experience gained across projects typically valued at 5m or more.
Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6, particularly within the residential and commercial sectors.
Advanced technical detailing skills and a thorough understanding of modern construction methods.
