The successful candidate will play a key role within the branch, supporting the sales team while delivering an outstanding service to buyers and sellers throughout the property transaction.

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
• Generating new business opportunities
• Supporting the wider team to achieve branch targets

• Previous experience in estate agency is essential
• Experience as a Senior Negotiator or an experienced Sales Negotiator ready for the next step
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven with a strong work ethic
• Professional and well presented
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence required

• Competitive basic salary
• On target earnings of £55,000 Plus!
